As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide personalized service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and other means.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries, showing properties, and negotiating transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other agents, brokers, and staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Real estate salesperson license required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
