Role Overview

The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging radiographic procedures to adult and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders. This role requires a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Prepares patient and equipment for procedures, informing patients on instructions and what the procedure entails.
  • Performs radiographic imaging examinations independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other tasks assigned by the department.

Requirements
  • Associate or Trade School Education
  • No Experience Required
  • Radiology Technologist - Reg License
  • IEMA - Illinois only, excl MRI License
