We are in search of a proficient Mid-Level Civil and Structural Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in civil and structural engineering, demonstrating a successful history of project delivery from inception to completion. This role involves leading design initiatives, overseeing project teams, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct the design and evaluation of civil and structural projects, encompassing buildings, bridges, and infrastructure.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets to align with client expectations.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, providing essential technical support.
- Examine and authorize engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, or ETABS.
- Strong leadership capabilities and project management experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience in seismic design and analysis.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Previous involvement in transportation or infrastructure projects.
