Job Overview

Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year,

About the Role
This position involves providing automation support and troubleshooting for formulation areas, assisting in the implementation of change controls for process improvements and bug fixes as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and process instrumentation.

Main Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and supporting PLC, HMI, and SCADA software for control systems and equipment
- Building good relationships with customers
- Investigating and solving complex problems
- Demonstrating solid rapport with clients, peers, and supervisors

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related engineering field
- 3-5 years of experience in process control and automation
- Proficiency in programming/developing/configuring PLC, HMI, DCS, and SCADA software for control systems (experience with Rockwell, FactoryTalk View SE/ME; iFix, DeltaV, PlantPAx, PCS7, Siemens, or Wonderware is a plus)
- Ability to read piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID)
- Ability to address on-call requests as needed
