Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and supply chain strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Participate in the analysis and improvement of supply chain operations, including materials management and sourcing
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or graduate program in a relevant field (e.g., manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, industrial engineering)
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to work in any of the 35+ GE Aerospace U.S. locations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
