Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and supply chain strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
- Contribute to the design and implementation of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Participate in the analysis and improvement of supply chain operations, including materials management and sourcing
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or graduate program in a relevant field (e.g., manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, industrial engineering)
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work in any of the 35+ GE Aerospace U.S. locations
- Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competitive pay rates starting at $20/hour and increasing for each undergraduate year completed
