Job Summary

The Client Service Advocate plays a vital role within the Operations team. This position is essential for ensuring seamless client interactions and managing daily program tasks, along with special projects related to omni-channel communication delivery. The individual will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure an exceptional client experience. This role demands project management expertise, outstanding communication abilities, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Comprehend all technology solutions from a holistic viewpoint, starting from client requirements to the production and delivery of our services.
  • Anticipate client needs regarding communication delivery, including mailing, fulfillment, and electronic options.
  • Execute job responsibilities securely, adhering to company security and operational protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to create standardized checklists for recurring tasks to enhance process efficiency.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders about project progress, representing the company with professionalism.
  • Identify and manage scheduling conflicts for projects and programs.
  • Address challenges as they arise during project execution and propose innovative solutions.
  • Generate job tickets and documentation, update job statuses, and maintain compliance with company policies and certifications.
  • Effectively communicate client service expectations to internal teams to guarantee timely and quality service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role within a print manufacturing context is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mailing and shipping regulations.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Able to work efficiently with teams of various sizes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in marketing services technology or electronic delivery is advantageous.
  • Some experience with variable data is preferred.
  • This position requires in-office attendance.
