The Director of Intake plays a critical role in our business development team, working closely with referral sources to direct the day-to-day operations of the Intake Coordination team. This position requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Qualifications- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing in the state(s) of practice
- At least 1 year of hospice experience and 2 years of nursing experience
- Ability to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Patience, motivation, and a positive attitude
- Hospice or home health experience (preferred)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire trust and confidence in others
- Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
