Job Summary

Kiefer Mazda is seeking a highly skilled and friendly Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers and team members. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere, ensuring a smooth flow of communication, and providing administrative support to our sales, service, and finance departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering and directing incoming calls, and providing information about dealership services, hours of operation, and location.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, schedule and confirm appointments, handle customer inquiries, and assist with data entry and filing.
  • Communication: Collaborate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations, maintain confidentiality of customer information, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional appearance and demeanor, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
