Customer Service Representative Job Summary

Motion & Flow Control Products is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax, providing accurate and timely information
  • Process customer orders, including preparing quotations, writing orders, and coordinating with suppliers
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to provide support and ensure seamless customer service
  • Utilize our business ERP systems to retrieve customer information, stock status, and order details
  • Track and follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders
  • Interface with suppliers on technical, pricing, and delivery issues
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt and ethical resolution of customer requests and complaints
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of people and personalities
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
