About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Ruths Chris Steak House. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the back bar, shelves, and storage areas
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest needs and concerns
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of drink preparation and service
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism
  • Ability to lift, handle, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
Working Environment

As a Bartender at Ruths Chris Steak House, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a environment with loud noises and extreme temperatures.
