We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at IPIC. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages and providing outstanding service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve drinks according to our company recipes, ensuring a consistently high level of quality and presentation.
• Deliver prompt and friendly service to our guests, engaging with them to understand their preferences and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Exhibit the ability to multitask and prioritize interactions with multiple guests, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our food and beverage menu, responding to questions and making suggestions to complement our offerings.
• Display a genuine sales approach, providing insight into popular menu items and making recommendations to increase sales.
• Adhere to all company guidelines and standards for serving alcoholic beverages, ensuring a safe and responsible environment for our guests.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any discrepancies in the final tally.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous Bartender experience is preferred, or a minimum of 1-year experience in food service/hospitality.
• Liquor, beer, wine, and beverage knowledge is essential for this role.
• Previous point of sale system experience is recommended, but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and management.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and shifts from morning through late night.
• Position requires frequent standing, bending/kneeling, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
