Assistant Clinical Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Clinical Service Director to join our leadership team at FlexStaff Careers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of interdisciplinary teams and participant outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support site-based managers and clinical staff, including rehabilitation, nutrition, social work, and home services teams.
- Lead care planning meetings, ensuring timely execution and resolution of any disagreements regarding patient care.
- Oversee development and implementation of personalized care plans aimed at improving participant outcomes and satisfaction.
- Monitor and allocate resources for interdisciplinary teams (IDT) to ensure appropriate staff coverage and assignment.
- Implement staff training and development initiatives to support team advancement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes, contributing to successful certification and audit outcomes.
- Investigate and resolve participant grievances and customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate and complete participant documentation, including medical records, enrollment, and disenrollment.
- Collaborate with clinical departments to improve care delivery processes and treatment protocols.
- Monitor key metrics to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care that meets participants' needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- BSN preferred; completion of an accredited Nursing Program is required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience in a management role within healthcare (e.g., CHHA, LHCSA, acute care, nursing home).
- At least one (1) year of experience working with frail or elderly populations, or the ability to receive appropriate training.
- Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in using computers for documentation, email, and research.
- Must meet physical and cognitive requirements essential to the job.
Salary Range: $125,000-$130,000/year
