We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Field Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll provide technical support and maintenance services for our AH-64 aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform troubleshooting procedures for multiple systems
  • Provide customer-focused technical field support for AH-64 aircraft
  • Aid customers in troubleshooting procedures for drives, propulsion, pneudraulic, electrical, and armament systems
  • Resolve maintenance and operational issues
  • Interpret technical documents and monitor product performances
  • Develop and conduct ad-hoc training in an informal/on-the-job training environment
  • Respond to operational issues by interpreting technical documents to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with company organizations to isolate equipment problems
  • Collect technical data and evaluate maintenance procedures
  • Manage field office resources and maintain company presence
  • Prepare and submit required data using various reporting methods
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working maintenance for AH-64D or AH-64E aircraft
  • Ability to deploy/travel to various locations (domestic and international) and for various deployment durations
  • Ability to relocate to various locations (domestic and international) to meet customer needs
  • Current US Passport
