Denver, Colorado, United States Cribl, Inc Full time
About the Role

Cribl is a serious company that doesn't take itself too seriously. We're looking for a Product Manager to join our team, someone who loves to get stuff done and laugh a bit along the way. As a remote-first company, we believe in empowering our employees to do their best work, wherever they are.

As the data engine for IT and Security, many of the biggest names in the most demanding industries trust Cribl to solve their most pressing data needs. We're growing rapidly and need a collaborative, curious, and motivated team member who is passionate about putting customers first.

Key Responsibilities

Guide the product roadmap by living in the product - we're a hands-on keyboard PM team. Work across the Product team to build consensus on experiences and services that will be shared by our entire product portfolio. Work closely with our UX, guidance, and engineering teams to develop the best experience for a variety of personas and experience levels across our product portfolio. Work with the volumes of data we have about our products and users to build plans based on hard data with an eye on how to improve over time. Align with field teams and customers on key services and experiences to grow the value of our products.

Requirements

5 or more years in a Technical Product Manager role or similar experience. Experience working in the Enterprise Software Space. Experience working with stream processing and optimizing data for multiple IT and Security use cases. Track record of delivering success for large Enterprise customers with high volume and complex data. Must be a strong communicator: writer and reader. Able to demo product at a high level as well as go into the details - not just why but how it was done.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in remote-first companies and know how to navigate a large distributed team. Background working with Enterprise data products. Experience with a large variety of IT and Security tools and technologies and how best to work with data from various sources and destinations. Experience working with products that are deployed across multiple types of environments and infrastructure (Cloud, on-prem, hybrid). No fear. Speak your mind. Good jokes, or maybe better, bad jokes. A love for goats.
