Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineering Professional to join our team as a Lead Structural Engineer. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design for our projects, working closely with other disciplines, and developing design concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform structural analysis and design with minimal supervision, exercising sound engineering judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and quality control, checking your own work and reaching out to peers and seniors for guidance when needed.
  • Take responsibility for managing workload, making and keeping commitments, and taking full ownership of assigned work.
  • Develop leadership skills by providing technical guidance, coaching, and/or mentorship to designers/drafters and less experienced engineers.
  • As a Lead Structural Engineer, lead a team of Structural Engineers and Designers in the development of calculations, specifications, construction drawings, and the structural model.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer License (PE).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Structural engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Structural Engineer License (SE).
  • Experience designing and analyzing traditional steel and concrete structures.
  • Experience in Semi-conductor industrial or general industrial facilities.
  • Experience with STAAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
