Operational Knowledge:

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in extreme temperatures.
- Comfortable working in confined, elevated, and noisy environments.

Technical Qualifications:
- Experience or vocational training in electrical, electronic, PLC, mechanical repair, and hydraulics is essential.
- Completion of Ammonia Refrigeration Operator I class is required.

Industry Experience:
- Previous experience in poultry or food processing maintenance and refrigeration is preferred.

Education:
- A solid command of the English language, both written and spoken, is necessary.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with Refrigeration Operator I and II certifications.

Competencies:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make informed decisions are essential for success in this role.
