Job Overview

ECHO Family Care Partners in Hampton, VA is a rapidly growing human service nonprofit organization serving foster, adoptive, and vulnerable families across the Coastal Virginia area. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our four-person team.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone who can effectively manage communication channels, including phone, SMS/chat, and email.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate weekly volunteer needs and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars.
  • Maintaining an organized filing system and conducting internet research are also essential skills for this role.
  • You will be responsible for placing orders for office equipment or business needs and entering data into CRM and generating reports as needed.
  • Creating/coordinate SMS, email, and postal mail campaigns will also be part of your duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to organize and create orderly systems are must-haves for this position.
  • Experienced in computer technology, including Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and social media marketing, is required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and project management apps like ClickUp is a plus.
