Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including Japanese whiskeys, scotches, and sakes.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours, perform bending, pushing, pulling, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in computer systems, including POS systems, as well as familiarity with Word and Excel, is required.

Work Schedule:

Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, with the ability to work during days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
