Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent will act as the initial point of contact for patients visiting the ambulatory clinics. This role involves performing general clerical and reception tasks, entering patient information into the registration system, and verifying insurance or third-party coverage.   • Background in registration, scheduling, and/or authorization processes.
  • Experience in a hospital or medical office environment.
  • All final candidates must successfully complete an FBI fingerprinting process to comply with the University's cash handling policy.
