A Dialysis Registered Nurse plays a critical role in ensuring safe care and high-quality outcomes for patients at one of our in-center hemodialysis units. Our RNs work as part of a patient care team to provide specialized nursing care and support.
Schedule and Compensation
Full-time, four 10-hour shifts starting at 6am or 11am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts
Pay range starting at $37.00 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience

Responsibilities
What You Can Expect:
- Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
- Ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
- Additional tasks as requested
