Key Responsibilities

  • Offer Guidance, Support, Consultation, and Referrals to Covered Employees and Their Dependents
  • Conduct Comprehensive Clinical Assessments, Identifying Presenting Issues, Work-Life Challenges, and Screening for Risk and Safety Concerns
  • Develop Customized Care Plans Addressing the Unique Clinical and Sub-Clinical Needs of Each Participant
  • Facilitate Referrals and Assist Participants in Securing Appointments for Short-Term EAP Counseling
  • Provide Mental Health Advocacy and Navigation for Participants Requiring Higher Levels of Care
  • Assist with Referrals to Other Employer-Sponsored Health Management Resources When Necessary
  • Engage in Active Case Management, Including Treatment Plan Reviews
  • Perform Timely Follow-Ups with Participants to Ensure Connection to Care, Program Satisfaction, and Assess the Outcomes and Impact of EAP Services
  • Maintain Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with HIPAA, Ethical Standards, and Departmental Guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
  • Bilingual in Spanish Highly Preferred
  • Relevant Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
  • Clinical Licensure
  • Proficiency with Technology for Remote Training and Work (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Contact Management Systems, Web-Based Software, Soft Phone)
  • Strong Analytical Skills – Ability to Collect Data, Establish Facts, Define Problems, and Draw Valid Conclusions
  • Capacity to Thrive in a Fast-Paced, Fully Remote Work Environment
  • Prior Experience in EAP and/or Case Management is a Plus
