Client Relationship Specialist

As a Client Relationship Consultant, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance to help them make informed financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Assess and attend to clients' banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information
- Demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services
- Recommend solutions based on each client's unique goals and needs
- Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
