Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Collaborate with the Executive Director and executive team to define and implement strategic initiatives.
    • Ensure timely and effective execution of key projects and programs.
    • Monitor progress against strategic goals and prepare reports for the executive team.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the executive office, including scheduling, correspondence, and logistics.
    • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through on key decisions.
    • Oversee internal and external communications on behalf of the Executive Director.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives.
    • Identify potential challenges and develop strategies to address them.
    • Track project progress, budget, and resources.
  • Leadership and Team Coordination:
    • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, ensuring alignment and efficient communication.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
