Job Description:

The Manager – Strategic Sourcing will play a key role in the strategic sourcing and supply chain processes for Casino and Onboard Media Content across multiple business units. This individual will work closely with leadership to identify, develop, and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, collaborating with suppliers, onboard media professionals, and Global Casino Operations team members. The role requires aligning strategies with business needs, building stakeholder trust, and negotiating contracts with suppliers. Additionally, the Manager will assist in identifying and implementing process improvements within sourcing and supply chain processes.

Essential Functions:

Strategic Sourcing – Onboard Media & Casino:

  • Work with corporate and leadership teams to develop sourcing and procurement strategies for onboard media and casino, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to leverage scale, simplify the supplier base, reduce total cost of ownership, and improve guest and crew satisfaction.
  • Execute category strategies using a structured 7-step sourcing process.
  • Develop strategic supplier partnerships that create a competitive advantage.
  • Optimize commercial terms through negotiations to deliver significant financial benefits.
  • Improve tactical sourcing processes and transition work to strategic sourcing.
  • Leverage market insights to anticipate business impacts and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Achieve savings and "total cost of ownership" targets.

Analytics & Reporting – Onboard Media & Casino:

  • Manage projects that reduce total cost of ownership while meeting financial objectives.
  • Develop business analytics and reporting, including KPI reporting and analysis, and communicate with leadership.
  • Use data to identify opportunities, create action plans, and implement strategies.
  • Analyze results and quantify savings.

Process Efficiencies – Onboard Media & Casino:

  • Drive process efficiencies through continuous improvement principles to minimize transactional work and prevent issue recurrence.

Relationship Management – Suppliers and Stakeholders:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, meeting regularly to assess needs and leverage opportunities.
  • Follow a service excellence approach to exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships, continuously assessing and delivering on stakeholder needs.
  • Oversee project management duties, ensuring quality delivery, measuring progress, and communicating with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
  • Preferred disciplines: Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • CPM certification or equivalent preferred.

Professional Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain, with strong experience in sourcing strategy creation and execution (e.g., 7-step sourcing methodology).
  • Media and casino experience are a plus.

Technical/Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Expertise with sourcing/procurement systems.
