Job Overview:
Fleet Jobs is in search of a Transportation Operations Coordinator to serve as a vital link between our client's traffic department and our logistics team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and finalizing both incoming and outgoing shipments. This position requires the ability to foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the tracking, tracing, and acceleration of shipments.
- Quickly address and resolve any transportation or shipping challenges.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
