Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of our properties
- Respond to resident and management requests for maintenance and repairs in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with the scheduling and performance of maintenance-related tasks, including turn events and make-ready processes
- Inspect properties daily to identify and address any hazardous conditions or liability concerns
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service requests and preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
