Medical Staff Scheduler

This is a PRN Shift Scheduler role with Hire Energy, a leading staffing company specializing in healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling nursing staff for PRN shifts and travel nurse assignments. This role requires excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare staffing.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule nursing staff for PRN shifts and travel nurse assignments using various scheduling tools and apps.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to maintain quality patient care.
- Communicate with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records.
- Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with sourcing and recruiting tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Accept a background check to be performed.
- Accept a drug test to be performed.
- Have a minimum of 2 years scheduling Medical Staff for PRN or Travel Nurse Assignments.
- Be local to Central Arkansas.
