At PrimeCARE Medical Clinic, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Professional to join our team. As a Physician Extender, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our patients in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Job-Specific Duties
    • Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient information and provide appropriate medical advice.
    • Perform various medical procedures, including blood draws, IVs, EKGs, and I&Ds.
    • Effectively utilize electronic medical records to ensure accurate documentation and billing.
    • Chart patient progress notes in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Address patient telephone calls, labs, and refill requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
    • Maintain licensure and certification requirements for medical practice.
    • Stay up-to-date with practice standards, professional journals, and government regulations.
    • Encourage team members to comply with policies and procedures.
    • Assist in emergency situations and direct staff and patients as needed.
