Job Title: Medical Examiner Specialist

We are seeking board-certified MDs or DOs in Occupational Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehab, or Orthopedics to fill a role as an expert medical evaluator.

About the Role:

In this position, you will conduct thorough medical assessments and evaluations, determining permanent partial impairment ratings using the 5th Edition AMA Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive medical exams in accordance with Ohio BWC guidelines and regulations.
  • Accurately document findings and provide clear, concise reports within established timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay up-to-date in the field.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Ohio.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed for examinations.
  • Previous experience with medical evaluations and impairment rating exams is preferred but not required.
