Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and position patients for MRI exams, ensuring accurate and safe procedures.
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Monitor patient data and transfer images to PACS, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare teams.
  • Administer contrast media and medications as needed, following established protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain a clean and organized department, adhering to infection control and safety standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ARRT-MR certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
