Responsibilities- Process and post all new and used car deals into accounting
- Organize and verify the accuracy and completeness of all paperwork in each deal
- Process pay-off checks for trade-ins and mail them to the appropriate financial institution
- Generate and maintain commission reports
- Route paid deals to the title clerk as soon as money is received
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
