Responsibilities
  • Process and post all new and used car deals into accounting
  • Organize and verify the accuracy and completeness of all paperwork in each deal
  • Process pay-off checks for trade-ins and mail them to the appropriate financial institution
  • Generate and maintain commission reports
  • Route paid deals to the title clerk as soon as money is received
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed
