Job Title: Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Apbstore. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  3. Review staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.
  4. Collaborate with team leads to set and achieve team-specific goals.
  5. Purchase inventory based on current trends, availability of new products, and customer interest.
  6. Display merchandise to maximize purchasing appeal.
  7. Organize sales and product demonstrations.
  8. Write sales and customer reports and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead staff, help customers, and work with upper management.
  • Great customer service skills, including patience and active listening, to ensure customers feel heard and helped.
  • Presentation skills and knowledge of best visual and marketing display practices.
  • Conflict management skills to resolve customer issues effectively and ensure efficiency on teams.
  • Good time management skills to set realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time-sensitive objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of the stores merchandise, its exact location, and its prices.
