Restore First Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Wound Care Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based wound care interventions and treatments.
  • Monitor wound healing progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff on wound care best practices.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

Maintain accurate and updated patient records and adhere to infection control protocols and best practices in wound care management.

Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) State License in good standing.
  • Wound Care Certification preferred (WCC, CWOCN, CWON, CWS).
  • Previous experience in wound care management is highly desirable.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
