Site Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects
- Manage and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, equipment operators, and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and MSHA standards
- Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment
- Develop and implement project schedules, including timelines and milestones
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and architects
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy civil construction, including supervisory or management roles
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience operating heavy equipment, including milling machines, paving machines, and rollers
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct construction teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
