Site Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team at The H&K Group, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of highways, pipelines, and other infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet design and quality standards.
- Manage and maintain equipment, tools, and materials.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on project management and site supervision.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- OSHA certification and other relevant safety training.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
