Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Century Park Associates. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving our community's sales efforts, assisting in the design and execution of our marketing plan, and reaching occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure leads database is accurate and current
  • Ensure waitlist is accurate and current
  • Conduct demographic analysis to determine highest concentrations of prospective residents in local market
  • Assist in planning, developing, executing, driving, and evaluating our community's strategic marketing plan
  • Track all marketing results (leads generated, tours, etc.)
  • Meet or exceed goals (i.e., sales calls, tours conducted, inquiry follow-up, move-ins)
  • Cultivate relationships with referral sources
  • Close the sale effectively with prospective residents and families
  • Participate in local marketing events, health fairs, civic organization events, etc.
Requirements
  • BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of (1) one year successful sales experience with senior living preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation, be willing and able to travel if necessary
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license in current state with satisfactory driving record per Century Park standards
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must demonstrate outgoing, energetic personality with excellent listening skills and ability to persuade others
  • Must have expert knowledge in field of practice
  • Must possess ability to work with little supervision and make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
  • Must understand urgency to build occupancy with ability to gain referrals and build new sources of business
  • Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the sales department
  • Must demonstrate effective follow-through and follow-up with prospective and referral source leads
  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service and hospitality
  • Must display effective networking skills, account management skills, and ability to build rapport and trust quickly
  • Must maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
  • Must understand and follow company policies, including harassment and compliance procedures
  • Must display integrity and professionalism by adhering to Century Park's Code of Ethics and completes all required compliance training
