Retail Sales Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at NoGigiddy. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized assistance and recommendations.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns and exchanges with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as policies regarding payment and exchanges.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of merchandise, ensuring a well-stocked sales floor.
  • Participate in merchandising and display of products, creating an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
  • Meet sales goals and targets, consistently delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in a retail sales environment, with a strong track record of customer service and sales performance.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Math skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and manage inventory.
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics, with a focus on meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • High school degree, with a BS degree in Marketing or a related field a plus.
