Role Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating all recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a high level of service throughout the hiring journey. This position supports the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and candidates by sourcing, securing, and nurturing talent to align with organizational practices and procedures.

Key Duties:
  • Assist with applicant tracking, assessment procedures, and entry-level recruitment.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate travel arrangements. Oversee onboarding activities for new hires and assist with orientation.
  • Organize Talent Acquisition events, maintaining an event calendar and assessing return on investment.
  • Act as a primary contact for recruitment marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and print materials.
  • Address general inquiries related to recruitment processes and provide backup support to Talent Acquisition specialists.
  • Handle or direct employee requests to appropriate resources.
  • Provide support to associates and managers on various issues, ensuring prompt and accurate responses based on organizational policies.
  • Utilize technology effectively, including HRIS and applicant tracking systems, to enhance workflow.
  • Collaborate with Human Resource teams to resolve complex associate matters and improve processes.
  • Ensure smooth operations within the Talent Acquisition department, adhering to established service level agreements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • One to three years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, with at least two years in a customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with Talent Acquisition best practices and procedures.
  • Proficient in HR technology, particularly applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday is highly desirable.
