Global Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Executive to join our team at PGL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact and engage with regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders.
- Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests.
- Provide exceptional customer service to assigned customer accounts through a deep understanding of business requirements.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with key accounts and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with operational teams to develop pricing and rates schedules.
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
- Prepare sales forecasts and confer with department heads to plan advertising services.
- 1-3 years of sales experience with a 3PL/Freight Forwarding organization.
- Industry-related degree and/or certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, customer service, and English language.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
