Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with various professionals, including Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Auto Dealers.
  • Document all interactions with clients in our customer management system.
  • Welcome clients warmly as they arrive at the office.
  • Encourage referrals from each client and provide information about our referral incentives.
  • Verify and update client contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses.
  • Generate new business through leads and referrals.
  • Engage in proactive outreach through cold calling and direct emailing.
  • Gather essential information from prospects, such as names and vehicle details, for inclusion in our quoting process.
