Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with the agent team to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service strategies.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of health insurance products and services.
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
