Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cynet Systems. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to customers using Treasury applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries from users of online Treasury applications via phone and email.
  • Provide technical problem-solving and troubleshooting for web browsers and related issues.
  • Analyze diagnostic reports and process daily application audit reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement processes to minimize constraints and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience.
  • 2+ years' experience providing customer service support in a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networking, computer components, LAN, browsers, mobile devices, settings, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
