Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, with experience in manual therapy and a clinical specialist certification. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing specialty programs, participating in multidisciplinary rounds, and providing education to staff and the community.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement specialty programs in orthopedic and sports physical therapy
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education to staff and the community on orthopedic and sports physical therapy topics
  • Assess and track patient outcomes and develop plans to improve clinical outcomes and metrics
  • Mentor peers and provide co-treatment/consultation on plans of care
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2000 hours of clinical practice in the specialty area, with 25% occurring in the last 3 years
  • BA or BS in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy
  • Post-professional certification/specialization in area of specialty supported by National Board Exam or successful completion of Fellowship/Residency in area of specialization
  • Advanced clinical reasoning and mentorship experience
  • NH License Physical Therapist and AHA or ARC BLS within 2 weeks of hire
