About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Agent who will play a vital role in protecting individuals from unforeseen life events. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for analyzing customers' needs and financial situations, then propose suitable protection plans that meet their criteria. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, driving growth and increasing our company's reputation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate business or individual customers' financial status and propose insurance plans tailored to their requirements
  • Report on progress initiatives to stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Develop new marketing strategies and promote various types of insurance contracts or suggest enhancements to existing ones
  • Nurture relationships with current and new clients

Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience as an Insurance Agent or a relevant role
  • Familiarity with multiple types of insurance plans
  • Proven ability to work towards goals and achieve success
  • Proficiency in English and bilingualism in other languages is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Business Suite
  • An insurance license is preferred but we welcome individuals who want to sell and obtain a license; we will cover the cost of the training program
