Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple concurrent projects by planning and directing design, research, and other UX initiatives aligned with business goals and user requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define project specifications and address complex challenges, crafting user-centered solutions.
- Advocate for design principles and provide design consultation throughout your work, employing a design-thinking approach.
- Identify potential risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Enhance operational efficiency by establishing repeatable processes, best practices, and comprehensive documentation.
- Work in partnership with UX teams to execute project plans from inception to completion, optimizing resource allocation, timelines, and budget considerations.
- Monitor resource utilization and structure projects to maximize productivity and team engagement.
- Collaborate closely with analytics, research, and technology teams to ensure deliverables meet user needs and business objectives.
- Communicate UX initiatives and project roadmaps effectively to stakeholders, including executives and product teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in project or program management.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on planning, tracking, and documentation.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and methodologies.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in an agile environment, managing design and research resources.
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Microsoft Suite.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
