Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

At Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and company policies.
  • Oversee the maintenance of QA equipment and ensure all work assessments and activities are in accordance with company policies.
  • Review and approve all qualitative and quantitative testing throughout the production process.
  • Analyze and review syrup beverage, water attributes, and sensory program to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct package quality inspection and quality audits to identify products that do not meet standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred with a science-related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organization, planning, decision-making abilities, and ISO working environment.
  • Problem-solving, excellent verbal and oral communication skills required.
