ROLE SUMMARY
Vaco Technology is in search of a ServiceTitan ERP Project Lead for a significant contract opportunity. The Project Lead will oversee the coordination of timelines and workflows with internal teams and external partners to meet project milestones. This role will also be responsible for documenting and collecting established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the new system functionalities. Furthermore, the Project Lead will facilitate quality control sessions with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent information flow to the new CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish clear expectations regarding system setup and administration.
  • Communicate effectively about migration and implementation challenges to leadership.
  • Manage the deployment and testing of critical business system integrations.
  • Provide proactive education to the team through presentations and tailored training materials.
  • Assess and navigate change risks in collaboration with stakeholders.
PROJECT CONTEXT: This organization is preparing for a comprehensive ServiceTitan migration, focusing on operational workflows and inventory management. The Project Lead must quickly familiarize themselves with existing systems, key personnel, and project timelines to ensure the implementation stays on track. The successful candidate will be highly organized and adept at managing multiple moving parts within a critical implementation framework.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: The organization prefers candidates with direct experience in ServiceTitan implementations; however, candidates with any ERP implementation experience in similar-sized organizations will also be considered. Experience in operational workflows and inventory management modules is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end ERP implementations, particularly in operational workflows and inventory management.
  • Experience transitioning a company of similar size from one ERP system to another.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of cross-platform integration protocols and ensuring smooth data flow between systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
