Job Summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency situations and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and efficiency of our facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with external contractors to develop scopes of work and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct regular assessments of existing equipment and develop plans for replacement or upgrade.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and codes, including OSHA, DAQM, and SNHD.
  • Develop and maintain a productive facilities team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
  • Manage departmental budgets and oversee purchasing and procurement.
  • Coordinate and supervise sub-contracted projects to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with external contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
