Job Summary

SP+ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Manager to join our team. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a diverse team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively with clients on how to improve our operations.
  • Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure that proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed to maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and employees.
  • Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures, expense reviews, and managing the operation's budget.
  • Identify all procurement and vendor service needs of the location and perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
  • Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards and monitor and review all damage claims.
  • Recommend and implement plans or programs to improve the safety of operations to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of similar claims.
  • Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all OSHA laws.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse group of team members.
  • Prior experience developing budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) review a plus.
  • Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
  • Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to learn internal computer programs.
  • Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
