Position Overview

This role encompasses comprehensive oversight of all mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and building maintenance for designated facilities. The individual will collaborate with various departments to address issues proactively and prevent potential complications. Additionally, the manager will oversee contractor performance and manage maintenance expenditures across all assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategies aimed at minimizing repair costs through vendor selection, conservation initiatives, site design, and effective preventative maintenance programs.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with club management, service providers, and manufacturers to ensure optimal maintenance of equipment, facilities, and operational systems.
  • Plan and oversee capital improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints while following company protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections of both new and existing facilities, documenting issues and proposing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain budgeting information for all projects, providing financial data to other departments for future initiatives and modifications. Monitor costs associated with mechanical systems on ongoing projects to ensure compliance with budget and schedule.
  • Manage contracts for all acquired systems and installations, reviewing and approving invoicing and change orders for adherence to contractual obligations.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance management is essential.
  • Familiarity with building construction, food service equipment, and fire protection systems is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, science, technology, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the market.
  • Proficient understanding of retail HVAC and refrigeration system design, along with a general knowledge of electrical systems and operational experience with EMS systems.

In accordance with Pay Transparency regulations, the estimated compensation range for this position is starting from $98,500.00, taking into account various non-discriminatory factors such as location, education, experience, and qualifications.
